This year’s Women’s History Month is full of inspiration. Last Thursday I attended The  I’mPossible Conversation, an engaging panel discussion on leadership and women of color. Held in the fabulous L’Oreal studios, the UK-based organization made its global debut in New York City.  Founder Simone Bresi-Ando sparked the conversation to encourage young women of color to  achieve their goals and make their dreams POSSIBLE.
