PAPER Magazine highlights Africa’s movers and shakers in a very special editorial, “Beautiful People of Lagos.” A riff off of its annual “Beautiful People” magazine issue, PAPER kicks off its first ever global edition with the very eclectic and kinetic Nigerian city. The three-page spread introduces us to the  faces behind one of the world’s fastest growing businesses and markets. They’re young, they’re hip and they’re beautiful (of course). Also featured in the spread is my homegirl and mentor, Zandile Blay, a social media maven and journalist. Zandile’s company Blay Digital Media, was the heart behind this project taking role as producer.

“As their women’s Fashion Editor for several years, Paper has been such an important part of my career. It was an honor to connect with my former boss and mentor, Mickey Boardman, to pay homage to my new home.” – Zandile Blay
